I love my body for putting up with all the damage I've done to it. It has dealt with SO much, and kept on going, for which I'm eternally grateful. Thanks, Body! Physically, I love my eyes. :) They get lots of compliments, and are a deep green. :D

I love my body because it never fails to tell me what i need. I am thankful that it has shown up for me everyday and even though it hasn't always given me what i need it always teaches me something.

As annoying as it is to deal with, I love my curly hair. It's funky and beautiful. I love my eyes, because they're an interesting mossy colour, because they sparkle, and because there is depth there. I like my ears-- not too big, not too small-- just right... lol I love that my body knows what I'm feeling before I consciously realize it sometimes... like that fluttery heart feeling when I meet a great guy, and that butterfly in the stomach feeling when I'm nervous. I love that I have soft, feminine curves. I love that babies seem to fit perfectly in my arms.

I love what my body allows me to do. I love that it runs, bikes, climbs, plays and works. I love that I can push it to its limits and it doesn't complain...too much.

I love that my body knows better than I do....for instance, giving birth. My body knew exactly what to do without all the intrusions doctors told me I needed. A beautiful experience that women have fulfilled since ... forever! My mind thought - I can't do this! But my body knew better (and thankfully didn't listen to my mind) and delivered a beautiful, healthy baby.

Physically, I like my curvaceous booty :)

I love that my body knew how to deliver my son as well. I love that I was able to handle the pain without interference and I love the fact that it knew how to heal on its own. Physically today I love my hourglass figure. Everyday I love the color of my eyes. I am still in the learning process of what to love about myself but today this is how I feel.

Hi Rebecca,

Thanks for sharing your positive message. It's wonderful that you can do things each day to really appreciate your body. Of course there will be ups and downs, but in the end we only have this ONE body and it is simply beautiful in so many ways.

i'm grateful for my curly hair... even though it doesn't cooperate with me all the time, i love it's unique quality! my feet.... i still take good care of them and they look soft and feminine in return. i like my j-lo booty! even if i have a hard time finding pants that fit it just right, i think it's feminine! i like the fact that i'm short... it's unique. i used to hate my thighs.... until i found out they are the body part that rule my zodiac sign. i know, cheesy. i don't totally believe that stuff, either. but if it is true, i should love how my muscular, thick thighs give me my endurance. they allow me to do one of my favorite things - hike! yes i hate when they chafe, that they are dimply, but i feel i could walk forever with them. so it's ok that they aren't perfect!
